According to the manufacturer’s official instructions, the mousse is prepared by whipping the powder with water to achieve an airy texture:
- Combine: Add 200ml of water into a mixing bowl.
- Hydrate: Start your mixer on medium speed and gradually add the Mix ‘n’ Eat Mousse powder.
- Whip: Increase the speed to high and mix for 4 to 5 minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Set: Place the mousse in the refrigerator to cool and set before serving chilled.
